Is there anything that these two can't do? It's been such a thrill to watch this week unfold for Joy & JP and their debut Barton Hollow. I wish I had the words to explain why I love this music as much as I do. It courses through my veins and resonates with my southern heart. It slaps you with disbelief -- leaves you wondering when music ever sounded this good. It's effortless and impassioned. Subtle control and obvious talent. Old school sounds and new school style. But above all... it's undeniable.
